Mullein Leaf (Verbascum thapsus)

2. Marshmallow Root (Althaea officinalis)

Benefits: Marshmallow root is rich in mucilage, which coats and soothes irritated tissues, especially in the throat and respiratory tract. It’s ideal for calming coughs and relieving dry or sore throats.

 

3. Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza glabra)

Benefits: Licorice has anti-inflammatory and immune-supportive properties and is used to ease respiratory discomfort. It also adds a natural sweetness to the blend, balancing the flavors.

 

4. Peppermint Leaf (Mentha piperita)

Directions for Use

Add Honey, Agave Nectar, Stevia, or Maple Syrup.
